Aloe Vera – it has antifungal, antiviral and antibacterial properties. It is use to heal burns and wounds. Added to lotions and creams you can take advantage of its skin saving properties. To take out the healing effect of aloe vera you can break off a leaf and peel it to have the fresh salve. Aloe vera will provide healing results. If taken internally it will act as natural laxative and soothes stomach aches. Intestinal cramps maybe experienced if taken internally.

Echinacea – it is known to support the immune system. It boosts the white blood cell production. It also has anti-inflammatory, antiviral and antibiotic properties. At the first sign of infection, flu or cold you can use Echinacea. You can use this herb for 2 weeks at a time, or else you can create immunity to its beneficial effects. If you are allergic to sunflower then do not use Echinacea.

Ginger – it promotes the circulation and act as mild stimulant. It is used against motion sickness, vomiting, flatulence, indigestion and nausea. It is an antioxidant herb.
